Before Your Visit

After scheduling your first appointment you will receive an email with a link to provide your details, consent, and payment information. Please complete this before your visit.

Parking

The lot is behind the building, accessible from Sycamore St. If you use GPS, use the address for the Decatur Recreation Center (231 Sycamore St) — the parking lot is directly across from the Rec Center.

Park anywhere in the lot and scan the QR code on one of the signs to pay. You do need to enter your credit card information first, but when you arrive upstairs you can scan a QR code that validates your parking and cancels the charge.

Getting In

The building is white with colorful circles painted on it. From the parking lot, enter through the glass door on the left side of the building. Follow the hallway to the elevator, or take the stairs just past the elevator. We are in Suite 360 on the 3rd floor.
