Care is self-pay. Here’s what visits cost and how payment works.
Visits are 50 minutes and cost $310. New and established patients pay the same.

Established patients can book a 15 minute phone consult for $75.
I take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay, credit or debit. You pay through Jane when you book online. For your first visit, your card stays on file and is charged the day of the visit. Later visits are paid when you book.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Visits are generally an eligible expense, but it’s worth checking with your plan.
I don’t bill insurance directly. I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
I’ve opted out of Medicare, so Medicare won’t pay for visits, and my superbills can’t be submitted to Medicare. If you have Medicare, you’ll sign a short agreement before your first visit.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your first late cancellation or missed visit is waived. After that, late cancellations and missed visits are charged the full visit fee.
